On wednesday the 8th november 2018 we had our Manaiakalani Film Festival. Everybody in our school went to the Manaiakalani film festival in Sylvia Park.But before we went to sylvia park we had to go to the hall. When the whole school was in the hall we had to get a buddy from the juniors. Just only the seniors had to get a buddy from the juniors. After we finished grabbing our buddies we had to walk to the bus. We all got in the bus and went to the movies in Sylvia Park. We couldn't sit anywhere on the bus because we had to sit with your buddy. My buddy was Kalo Laine. When we got to Sylvia Park we had to walk to the movies. When me and my buddy went in the movies we had to sit on these red chairs. It wasn't only our school that was at the movies. There were other schools like Glen Taylor,Stone Fields,Pt England and Panmure Bridge. When i saw other school’s movie’s i really liked it because some of the movies were funny and some of the movies were cool. It was fun because we got to see other school’s movie.

Today at kiwi can we learnt about respect.So respect means treating someone is good things.Not treating people bad things like smashing windows,graffiti and breaking things that's not yours. I like the teacher Mr Numia because he gives us cool activity's and energizers.It was so fun because we got to play this game like basketball.

Today at Kiwi Can we learned about preference.When we went to Kiwi Can we had to sit on the mat and talk about preference.After we finished talking about preference we had to play this game called ball tag.It was really fun because we got to run around the class.After we finished playing ball tag we had to sit back on the mat and talk about preference again just for a reminder.It was really cool and exciting because we got to learn about preference.

On Tuesday the 28th 2018 we had gymnastics.It was the last day so we had to do Jump and land on to feet. The next one we did was we had to do a hand stand. When we finished doing a handstand we had to role and try to land on two feet without using our hands..When we all finished the gymnastic teacher handed out these bands. The gymnastic teacher handed out these bands after we finished. Those bands were for us. The colors of those bands were Bronze,Silver and Gold. Most of us got Silver because it was hard. It was so exciting because we got to learn Gymnastics.

Today me and room 7 went to room 9 to learn science intensive.When we went to room 9 we had to take our netbooks.When we went to room 9 we were learning about makeup face paints.We also had to paint our own makeup face paints on a piece of paper.My art was sponge bob. It was so fun and exciting because we got to paint and sketch on our paper.

Summer time is a happy time

I like to go outside to swim at the beach

The hot ray's of light shining down on the sandy shore

The sun feels so good as it warms my skin

I like the sun because it keeps me warm

When I wake up in the morning

I feel the sun shining bright in my eyes

Summer is just like the colour of a lemon

Today people from pwc came to teach us about a book named toi toi.There were lots of stories and poems to read.The name of the pwc people that came was Emily,Katana,Jess and lee.Our class had to work with the pwc people.We were working in groups.Our teacher was Emily.When mrs Emily was working with us we had to read poems.I read poem named more pork.Morepork is a type of bird.The morepork poem was fun to read.The group who i was working with was Emily,Alex,Maselino,Amelia and me.It was fun because we all got to read a story about toi toi.I enjoyed it with the toi toi people
